We’re looking for a detail-oriented M&A Manager to join our team.

Your role here
Execute transactions in our extensive M&A pipeline
Conduct diligence, financial modeling and financial statement analytics
Liaise with legal and tax counsel to structure acquisitions and draft bid letters
Source and manage relationships with potential M&A targets
Prepare analyses for our Board, Chairman, CEO and other executives
Handle our deal and transaction database
Research various packaging distribution markets for potential growth
Perform other strategic projects as required
Your experience and background
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and collaboration skills
The ability to prioritize and lead multiple requests from different projects/stakeholders
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong project management skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with two or more years of experience
